For the last hundreds of years homemade yogurt was a result of hard work. With the BioGi it can't be easier - just take an organic or regular Soy/Cow/Goat milk container from the shop and place it inside the BioGi or pour the milk into the special plastic container. All you have to do now is to tune the timer - BioGi does all the rest.. 8-12 hours later your own fresh yogurt is waiting for you...add fruits, cereals, garlic, lemon juice and dill as a fish sauce, bake yogurt cookies or pour it into one of the 3 cheese making bags and make your own Labaneh (Anbariz) with olive oil...simple. healthy. delicious.

- The BioGi processes ordinary milk or soymilk in only a few hours.
- The homemade yogurt maker uses a thermostat mechanism to create the optimal temperature for making dairy products with your preferred texture and taste.
- There are two ways to use the device: The milk container can be placed directly inside the device (so there is no need to clean the container or sterilize it between uses) or you can use the inner plastic container provided with the device.
- The BioGi doesn't require preheating the milk and after only a two minute preparation you can leave it to do the work on its own.
- BioGi is easily operated and safe, so even kids can use it.
This is how it works:
- Open up one milk or soybean milk container. If you don't have a container in the right size, you can also use the inner container provided with the device).
- Add 50 cc / 2 Ounce plain whole/low carb yoghurt or starter powder to the milk.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Plug the device into a standard electric socket (in the two Biogi Max models you also need to either turn the switch "on" or set the desired process time).
- Wait 8-12 hours (according to personal preferences – the longer you wait the sourer the result gets).
That’s it. After you cool the container in the refrigerator you can add flavor, sweeteners or any other adding you prefer.
